The actress who will play Sabine Wren in the upcoming live-action series Ahsoka has officially finished filming for the series. Filming began in Manhattan Beach studios about five months ago, and now that Bordizzo finished, the rest of the show will soon follow. Rosario Dawson, the actress who plays Ahsoka Tano, had reported back in September that filming was going to finish in the next few weeks.

It looks like that will be true, as Natasha Liu Bordizzo posted on her Instagram two photos of her character and a quote with the caption: “what a year. This journey… @starwars #SabineWren”.

‘Ahsoka’ Series Information

The Ahsoka series will take place during the same time as The Mandalorian. Ezra Bridger has been cast for this series, so fans can expect to see the young Jedi from Rebels come to life. The show ended with a cliffhanger as Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren set off to find their friend who sacrificed himself to save them.

Ezra had disappeared with Thrawn, who may to make an appearance. In Ahsoka’s episode of The Mandalorian, when Djarin found her, she was on the planet Corvus looking for him.

Ahsoka also appeared in The Book of Boba Fett. The crossovers are occurring more and more with a natural feel to them. There could be a chance of Djarin giving Ahsoka a hand in an episode or two or some old fan favorites returning to the screen. Either way, there are high hopes for this series.
