“Star Wars: Andor” Set Photos Reveal the Return of the Shoretrooper

Among all the news shows coming out on Disney+ is a spy-thriller based on Cassian Andor, a member of the rebellion. As seen in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, he had been a part of getting the vital information to the Death Star that leads to the Rebellion discovery of its weakness. Without his sacrifice, along with Jyn Erso, and others in the rebellion, there is no telling just how the Rebels would have stopped the Empire and their technological terror.

There have already been a few photos that have leaked from the set of Andor, and there have been some more. In these photos, we are taken to the coast; it appears that they are at some beach resort and in one of the pictures someone is in a dispute with the shoretrooper.

According to some fan speculation, they are filming on the coast of the UK. I cannot tell, but it is still an exciting thing to see shoretroopers again. They were a great addition to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and they will fit perfectly with Cassian’s show.

The Cassian Andor series has been in production, and we can expect to see it sometime in 2022 on Disney+. There is no official date yet. But it has been in the works for a while now, and it seems that it is on schedule.

The show will take place five years before the events of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The show may overlap with the animated show Star Wars: Rebels and include some characters introduced there. Whatever it may entail, we now know for certain that the shoretroopers will be back. They are a great way to show how much the Empire has expanded and all the different biomes Star Wars features.
