The Mandalorian Season 3 Premiere Date Announced

One of the biggest names for Disney+ is, without a doubt, The Mandalorian. The show became the pinnacle property for the streaming service, as it has broken records and won awards in its first two seasons. Fans have been dying to know what happens next in season 3. It has given us a deeper look at the Mandalorian culture, the chaos of the post-Imperial worlds, and much more. It has even begun to answer one of the greatest mysteries of the franchise, Yoda’s species. Grogu’s popularity helped to solidify the show as one of the greatest things to happen to the franchise since Disney’s acquisition.

Season Three’s Release Date

News about the highly anticipated third season of The Mandalorian has just arrived straight from the Outer Rim territories. Makingstarwars.net has reported the release date. Their claimed date was February 23, 2023, but that was wrong. They claim to have “several trusted sources” that all revealed the same day for The Mandalorian season 3 release. They were off by about a week or so and the real date release date will be March 1, 2023. This exciting announcement means the new season will appear earlier than the anticipated April/May release.

The news has also brought a release date for the second trailer. Fans can expect to see some more teasers for season 3 on Christmas day. Check out the first trailer here. Disney hopes to grant us one of the greatest gifts of all, anticipation for the new season. This time with Grogu back at Djarin’s side, they will turn their attention toward Mandalorian clans, as they hope to use the dark saber to unite what remains.

With the Empire gone, there is room for the Mandalorians to reclaim the home they once had. That is if they are willing to unite under Djarin, the rightful ruler. Bo-Katan will certainly not bend the knee so easily as she’s worked her entire life to liberate her clan. Hopefully, we will see more familiar faces as we explore different parts of the Galaxy in season 3 of The Mandalorian
