Fennec Shand hopes to return to Tatooine and Fett’s palace for the second season of The Book of Boba Fett. Ming-Na Wen has recently shared her desire to pick up her role as the bounty hunter, now bodyguard, for Boba Fett on Disney+.

Fans had the chance to ask a few questions at the Fan Expo Boston, and one asked where fans will see her next. Here is Ming-Na Wen’s response:

Second season of The Book of Boba Fett, I hope! I never count my chickens before they hatch, because in this business, you just never know. But, knock on wood, they’ll be announcing that soon.

Her response shows how hopeful she is to return as Fennec Shand and explore more of Fett and her life now as Daimyo of Tatooine. An excellent chance to get more insight into the underground of Star Wars life.

Unfortunately, nothing is set in stone about a second season for the show. Djarin’s assistance (and rather important arc) in those few episodes, we could see more of the Fett and Shand in season three of The Mandalorian.

The Disney+ series seem to web together and blend the characters, connecting them through the storylines. Perhaps Djarin will need more assistance from a friendly Mandalorian along the way.

Until then, fingers crossed to hear any news for a second season for The Book of Boba Fett. We may get an update on September 9th during the D23 expo. It does not appear that we will see Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand in The Bad Batch again, which will premiere on September 28th.
