Dave Filoni, one of the masterminds behind Star Wars: The Mandalorian, has teased what we can expect to come for season 3. As you can suspect, it won’t be a big teaser that reveals too much about The Mandalorian, as they’ve done a fantastic job of keeping the previous seasons under wraps, but it is still very exciting to hear.
In an interview with Good Morning America on Star Wars Day, May 4th, Filoni hinted at what we can expect for season 3. Of course, he was there to help promote his newest endeavor, Star Wars: The Bad Batch, but because The Mandalorian is the most-watched show in America, there was no escaping a question or two about that.
Dave Filoni teased that for season 3, the “Force will be strong with it.”

His words from the interview:
“That’s a tricky one! I don’t like to go into those answers as much as Jon, my partner Jon Favreau, and all of that. It’s exciting, we’re both working on that, we’re working on [The Book of] Boba Fett right now. So, there’s a lot of new adventures coming up. I have to be careful, I can’t really say anything specific, but I think the Force will be strong with it. We’ll just say that.”
As one of the top creators and producers for The Mandalorian, Dave Filoni, along with Jon Favreau, is responsible for the creativity behind the show. The leak doesn’t leave us too much, but judging by what he has said, it looks like we will see a lot more of Luke and Grogu.

It was heart-breaking to watch Grogu leave with Luke, it felt like it happened far too soon, but Filoni and Favreau know what they are doing. As we see more of Jedi Master Luke Skywalker in an era where he is arguably his most powerful, we can hope to see more of the action that we saw when he was introduced to The Mandalorian.
Filoni and Favreau had done him justice and showed something we’ve all wanted to see. They’ve more than proven themselves as Star Wars masterminds, and it has shown. Star Wars: The Clone Wars, The Bad Batch, The Mandalorian, and the new show to be introduced in December, The Book of Boba Fett, are all products of Filoni and Favreau.

Dave Filoni is neither the creator, nor the showrunner, nor even the main writer of The Mandalorian.
He has a producer credit and has only written 3 out of 16 episodes.
Don’t ignore Jon Favreau and the other brilliant writers and directors.
Well I hope Sand Crawler that they bring back the Jawa’s! Because I played the Jawa when I battled the Mandalorian and he hit me hard on the Sand Crawler.
